2.2 Philippine Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended for use by eligible residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. taya7775 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated Balances and Bonus Funds.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to keep such information current at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
2.5 KYC Verification. taya7775 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or passport) upon request. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. taya7775 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 You agree to notify taya7775 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. taya7775 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze an Account pending security investigation.
3.3 Accounts are for personal use only. Using an Account for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any form of syndicated gambling scheme is prohibited.
4.1 All deposits and Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). taya7775 does not impose currency conversion on PHP transactions.
4.2 taya7775 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. taya7775 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 taya7775 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided.
4.5 taya7775 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) reviews of any deposit transaction. Deposits flagged for AML review may be held pending verification.
5.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the taya7775 Account. taya7775 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day.
5.3 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. taya7775 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
5.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money Balances that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on taya7775 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. General promotional terms form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who complete registration and KYC may be eligible for a first-deposit matched bonus. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering multiplier are as specified in the current promotion details at the time of registration.

6.5 Only one promotional bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7.1 By placing a wager on taya7775, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose real money.
7.2 All game outcomes on taya7775 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games, or by live dealer actions for live casino products. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform.
7.3 taya7775 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault — and to refund the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
7.4 Any wager placed using proceeds from fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited transactions will be void, and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the taya7775 Platform — including but not limited to the taya7775 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of taya7775 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any taya7775 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 taya7775 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.
10.2 taya7775 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits or data, to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.
10.3 taya7775's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
11.1 taya7775 may suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, AML concerns, or PAGCOR compliance obligations.
11.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting taya7775 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of pending wagers and applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable period.
11.3 Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will forfeit all Balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12.1 taya7775 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard.
12.2 Players who wish to temporarily pause their gaming activity may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended and no deposits may be made.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
taya7775 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
